How it Works

I have a 3-month 360 degree approach to giving your body and lifestyle a complete makeover.
My main focus is to make you lose inches and get you right into that sexy dress you’ve been dying to wear for years!
The entire package is highly personalized with one-to-one sessions as well as detailed email consultations for online clients. Think of it as bespoke nutrition.

My 5-point meal mantra is:

1. Good Earth – Eat foods in their most natural form possible.

2. Winsulin – Eat food in the right combinations to control your insulin levels.

3. Happy Calories – Eat foods that you and your body love.

4. Body Clock – Eat convenient foods at regular intervals.

5. Pro-portion – Eat 80% of your appetite by resizing your food portions.

 

This is how we’ll do it:

Step 1: Understanding your needs
First off, I will identify the real reason behind why you aren’t losing weight despite all those diets and gym memberships! I’ll break down and analyze your lifestyle, your eating habits from the past to the present, your weight and family history as well as possibilities of common lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, PCOD etc.

Step 2: Re-programming your body with a personalized plan
Don’t ever follow your friends’ diet plans! Your body has different nutritional requirements from others based on your genes, metabolism and food choices.
I will customize a plan that perfectly suits your personal, professional and social life.

Step 3: One-on-one support
I’m going to be there with you every step of the way! We will meet every 15 days to track your progress and adapt the meal plan accordingly.
There will be weekly recalls to monitor your nutrient intake.
I’m always a phone call, an SMS or an email away, so get in touch with me for eating out tips, skipped meals and more importantly, emotional support when you’re dying to eat that extra cupcake! I will also give you tailored travel diets so you can’t cheat your plan even on holiday!
